Please note that all products are made with the highest standard in mind. We make most of our items ourselves and it's made to order. If you have a concern, please do contact us and we will try and help you. 

We, unfortunately, do not take any returns as all products are made to the client's specifications and due to hygiene purposes. We can do a refund if Your item is unused and in the same condition that you received it. Products that are sent back will also be the client's responsibility. 

We use The Courier Guy for all our Deliveries.
